I was welcomed by friendly staff at the desk. I was able to meet Alex who was very welcoming and reassuring. She made it very comfortable to be in a dentist's office. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and did so with warmth and professionalism. I also met Dr. Oh. She was very friendly and explained everything that was happening and what I needed to have done. After all the evaluations were done and a plan was formed I was greeted by Stephanie who kindly helped with checking out and setting up future appointments. She was also very kind to explain the plans for future dental work and how my insurance would handle the claims. Overall, it was the most pleasant first time experience at a dentist's office I've had."
